Doesn’t look too bad.

I was thinking True Grit at the beginning.

Can’t see the video, only get the picture (work policies, ya know). Some guesses:
Blazing Saddles
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
The Lone Ranger
Am I close?

For a second there I thought it was going to be a remake of Blazing Saddles.

i hate that excuse.. no matter how valid.. they should be forced to find old panavision film and reshoot using only that!

I know, I wish they’d leave old movies alone most of the time.

oh god. it would be sooo horrible with how PC it would have to be.
![]() 06/06/2016 at 11:02 |

They could never remake that movie. The PC police almost shut it down back in the 70s.

Oh ya, it would be ruined. I would like to see someone try to remake it. I doubt they could even get support for a film studio to get it started.

Most movies now are remakes of remakes. There was 2 Fast and Furious movies before the 2001 version. Avatar was Fern Gully in space. Star Trek redid itself. Give a movie 20 years and the will do it again. IE Point Break

I hope no one ever touches The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Hell, anything from that series.

I thought it looked pretty good. Looking forward to it.

also something with the trademark and public domain. in hollywood its a way to hold onto the screenplay. Not sure of all the legal stuff but the studio has to keep it active. its why hollywood studios have made some movies just to hold onto the rights.
